A transaction confirmation, with Ticket ID (QR code) will be sent to the Ticket Buyer's registered e-mail within 24 hours once a successful purchase is confirmed. No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer.

During our storytelling events, audience experience stories by watching, listening and role playing as characters in the story. THE STORY BOOK also runs an academy which provides roleplay/acting classes for young children.
